For the past several weeks I have been doing promos with the bellman, valet and front desk employees of various hotels to promote our new restaurant–Star Noodle.  Basically I invite  them to dine at our communal table and try a variety of our shared plates and house made noodles.  Restaurants usually invite the guests then have the manager stop by the table at some point and say “Hi.”  Not us.
