CoCo’s Confections..

I like to bake.  It started when I was in elementary school. My dad used to make these killer cornflake cookies( I think I still have the recipe). I know, it’s usually mom–I never said my family was anything near conventional but that’s another story.   Anyway, over the years I discovered I have a knack for baking and the uncanny ability to pick recipes out of a cookbook.
